All STANO® plants are outdoor-grown,
therefore natural leaf marks, scars, or imperfections may be present.
These are normal characteristics of healthy plants.


Shipping

  • All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • Free shipping with phytosanitary certificate included
  • Each plant is carefully packed; however, due to the nature of live plants,
    minor damage such as scratches or bent leaves may occur during transit
  • Outer leaves may appear thin, aged, or slightly discolored
  • Packaging may include recycled or reused materials
  • If the plant condition significantly declines before shipment,
    we reserve the right to cancel the order
  • Please note that we are not responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused during shipping
  • All plants are treated with sterilization and pest control before shipment
    Additional treatment after arrival is recommended
