Shipping

• All orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) with free shipping
• Phytosanitary certificate included, inspection fees covered
• We take great care in packaging; however, due to the nature of plants, minor imperfections such as leaf damage or scratches may occur
• Outer leaves may show natural shrinkage or slight discoloration, which does not affect the overall health of the plant
• Packaging materials may include recycled or reused materials as part of our sustainability efforts
• All plants are treated with sterilization and pest control prior to shipment
  We recommend additional treatment upon arrival
• If the condition of the plant significantly deteriorates prior to shipment,
  we reserve the right to cancel the order
• Please note that we are not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit

• All plants are shipped from Taiwan as bare-root specimens
• Slight variations in size, shape, and form are to be expected
• As living organisms, plants may change over time depending on environment and conditions
• If you would like to see the most recent condition, please contact us via DM before purchase

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of plants, returns and exchanges are not accepted in principle
• Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchase
• In the rare case of a serious issue with the item, please contact us for assistance
